Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be:

Unused

In their original condition

Returned in their original packaging where possible

Please contact us before returning any item.

Handmade & Personalised Products

As many of our products are handmade or personalised, custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photographs of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank to process the refund.
